I'm expecting a call back as the matter has been escalated. I can't help but feel that I was somewhat lied to as the store attendant didn't inform me correctly. Whether this was his ignorance or Microsoft not actually explaining the process to the Incredible Connection staff. Either way, if I don't hear from them by the end of the day I'm going to download it off Bittorrent. Sorry, I'm not prepared to pay more out of principle. Phoned Microsoft and they can’t help me.
